How much does a mobile notary cost in NYC?
$125 in Manhattan, $165 Brooklyn, $175 Queens, $195 Bronx, $245 Staten Island, plus a small per-signature fee. Same-day is +$40, emergency under 3 hours is +$95. The booking form shows your exact total before you commit.
How fast can you get here?
Emergency bookings are dispatched immediately, usually arriving within 30–60 minutes in Manhattan and 45–120 minutes elsewhere. Book online or call and we'll confirm an arrival window by text.
What ID does the signer need?
A current government photo ID: driver's license, non-driver ID, passport or green card. No ID? Tell us in the notes; New York allows a credible witness in some cases.
Can you come to a hospital or nursing home?
Yes, daily. The signer must be alert and willing to sign. We can bring an impartial witness. A $25 facility fee covers check-in time.
Do you notarize documents going abroad?
Yes. We notarize and can handle the county authentication and New York apostille for $150 plus government fees.
